Smoked barbecue catering the whole crowd will eat
I cook it, bring it and serve it, so you get to be a guest at your own event. Brisket, pulled pork and smoked chicken, hot and on time, with plenty for everyone including those not keen on smoke flavour.

What's in the price?
I cook it on my own pit, serve for 2 hours, and bring plates and cutlery.
How much food per person?
You pick the plate: 180, 250 or 330 g of cooked meat a head.
What about guests who don't love smoke?
The chicken is lightly smoked, no side is smoked, and sauces come on the side.
Can I share the price with my committee?
Yes. Share the estimate: the link holds the picks and the price, nothing about you.
Is there a minimum?
Smaller events start at $1,500. The estimate shows it when it applies.
How far ahead should I book?
Most people book 4–6 weeks out. Shorter notice? Ask, and I'll tell you straight if the date's free.
